Work Process

Exploring the problem

A successful marketing event relies heavily on the messaging, impact, and metrics of success. Writing a result-oriented brief is difficult, but is critical.

Finding the solution

Organic Events uses the spiral approach for an adaptive solution. We lean heavily on visual product(s), not exhaustive documentation, to convey ideas.

Prototyping

Every physical and digital element is prototyped and sampled for client approval: SEG print, scenic paint board, animated GIF photo booth, sizzle video, etc.

Building and Activate

This is the FUN part. Bringing the client's project to life by building all the pieces, connecting it all together and watching the activation take personality of it's own.

Learn and support

We assess the activation with stakeholders to document valuable lessons that can only be learned by going through the process and apply them to Step 01.
